Job Description

Farella Braun + Martel?s rapidly growing employment practice seeks a skilled associate with one to three years of employment law experience ideally in the technology, consumer products, financial services, renewable energy or real estate industries. A successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to leverage their litigation experience and entrepreneurial spirit to resolve our client?s most pressing employment concerns in a highly interactive team environment. The annual base compensation range for this California position is between $205,000 and $225,000. Placement within the salary range depends upon a number of factors including, but not limited to years of relevant experience and professional skills required for this role. Additional compensation may include discretionary hours-based and additional bonuses, health/welfare benefits, vacation and leave time (including parental and sabbatical) and paid holidays.
