Job Description

Taft is seeking associates an Associate to work with its construction transaction and litigation attorneys. The Associate should have at least 2+ 2 years of experience for our Real Estate practice group. construction transactional and/or litigation experience, which could include: contract drafting and negotiations, disputes (mediation, arbitration, and/or litigation), and preparation of lien documents. The ideal candidate will have experience in acquisition, disposition, financing, excellent academic and commercial office leasing experience.professional credentials, superior research and writing ability, and strong analytical and communication skills. The Associate should be licensed to practice law in Ohio. Licensure in Kentucky is a plus.
