Job Description

Farella Braun + Martel LLP?s Business Transactions Group is seeking an associate with 3 to 4 years of law firm experience to work on corporate and financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements, fund formation, joint ventures, restructurings and secured lending, as well as corporate governance matters. Excellent academic record and references required. The firm?s business attorneys work with a range of clients from closely held family businesses to publicly traded companies and serve clients across international, national and local industries, including technology, renewable energy, real estate, logistics, wine and other consumer and agricultural products.

The annual base compensation range for this California position is between $225,000 and $250,000. Placement within the salary range depends upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, years of relevant experience and professional skills required for this role. Additional compensation may include discretionary hours-based and additional bonuses, health/welfare benefits, vacation and leave time (including parental and sabbatical), and paid holidays.
