Associate Attorney

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Attorney with a strong background in Personal Injury Defense to join our team. In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload of Casualty/Personal Injury cases, providing exceptional legal services to our clients. This is a remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while still being an integral part of our dynamic legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage a portfolio of Casualty/Personal Injury cases from inception to resolution.

Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide insightful and strategic advice to clients.

Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other related materials.

Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated.

Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed and updated on case progress.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the California State Bar.

2+ years experience in Personal Injury Defense.

Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail.
