Associate Attorney

O'Hagan Meyer PLLC is seeking to hire an associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience to support its Pittsburgh office. Position requires experience in civil litigation. Duties include but are not limited to legal research, drafting pleadings, taking, and defending depositions, drafting, and answering discovery, trial preparation and trial assistance.

Requirements

• Admission to practice in the State of Pennsylvania is required.
• Admission to practice to West Virginia and Ohio a plus.
• Willingness to travel for court appearances required.
• Candidates must have experience in filing pleadings with State and Federal courts and appearing in Court.
• Candidates should demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills, as well as strong academic credentials.
• Ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented and must communicate with clients and colleagues effectively and in a timely manner.
