Athos Properties Group, Inc. is seeking a?Assistant Property Manager in Ocala, FL. The Assistant Property Manager helps manage the day-to-day operations of the community, with a focus on accounts receivable, collections, reporting, leasing, customer service, and renewals.?Candidate must be energetic, professional, personable, analytical, and a service oriented leader. Requirements Responsibilities/Requirements include:?

• Provide exceptional customer service??
• Show apartments, explain models and pricing, close the sale, and process rental applications accurately and in a timely manner?
• Collect rents & post in AMSI system, lead collection efforts to maximize income?
• Assist in marketing efforts, including organizing and creating resident functions, newsletters and events?
• Ensure leasing office, tour path, model and vacant apartments, amenities, and general curb appeal of community is clean and presentable?
• Assist the Property Manager with compiling reports?
• Oversee active marketing campaigns, conduct market analysis, and prepare market surveys
• Lead others and work as a team?
• 2 years leasing experience preferred?
• 1?year customer service experience preferred?
• Entrata experience beneficial
