We are looking for a responsible and dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to join our SMART sales team atGood Enough, a new-age energy venture. Your role will be vital in driving field sales, building client relationships, and ensuring we meet our ambitious growth and customer satisfaction goals.

As a Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings, and presenting our innovative energy solutions with confidence. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate CRM records, analyzing sales data, and helping the team stay organized and efficient.

Our ideal candidate is energetic, self-driven, and has a solid understanding of sales processes and CRM tools like Salesforce. A background in energy or technical sales will be a plus. You should also possess strong interpersonal skills, be comfortable with field travel, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our footprint in
    solar/wind/energy storage [specify sector].
    Hunt new business opportunities and nurture relationships with developers,EPCs and C&I clients.
    Identify and pursue new opportunities across developers, EPCs, and C&I clients.
    Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue goals.
    Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver customized clean energy
    solutions.
    Stay on top of industry trends, market shifts, and policy updates to stay ahead of the curve

Requirements

  • Has 3+ years of B2B sales experience (renewables preferred, ambition required).
  • Strong industry connections and the ability to open doors.
  • Can lead with empathy and drive with purpose.
  • Comes with industry insight and a love for solving real-world problems.
  • Believes sustainability isn't a buzzword it's a mission
