Assistant Manager - C-Store

As the Assistant Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to oversee staff, maintain inventory, and deliver outstanding customer service. This role is essential for fostering a positive team environment and driving sales performance. Requirements

• Prior experience in a retail or convenience store setting
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle various responsibilities
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and sales tracking
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
