Enerbase is a trusted name in the convenience retail industry, dedicated to enhancing the customer experience across all our locations. We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager for our C-Store to support daily store operations and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
As the Assistant Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to oversee staff, maintain inventory, and deliver outstanding customer service. This role is essential for fostering a positive team environment and driving sales performance. Requirements
- Prior experience in a retail or convenience store setting
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle various responsibilities
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and sales tracking
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
