As the Assistant Manager at Miss J Cafe, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and leading a motivated team. You'll be a hands-on leader who sets the tone for a smooth shift and a great customer experience.

• Support the Caf? Manager in overseeing daily operations.
• Supervise and motivate team members during shifts.
• Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Train and onboard new staff members.
• Monitor cash handling procedures and help with closing/opening duties.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Step in as acting manager when the Caf? Manager is off duty.

• Previous experience in a caf?, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for coffee, food, and great customer service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, or evenings as needed.
