Job Description

Performs legal analysis and legal research of issues of moderate complexity; gives legal advice; develops documentation and participates in decisions and negotiations associated therewith; and in each case, to advance the mission of the Legal Services Department and the FMOL Health System. Primary role will be reviewing and drafting corporate contracts.

1. Provides Legal Consultation

Provides analysis of legal and operational issues of moderate complexity in field of Legal expertise and advises management and other lawyers.
Writes, edits and finalizes reports, correspondence, contracts, policies and other documents.
Participates with teams to study a variety of issues or accomplish specific tasks and provide legal services as needed.
Develops the organization's policies on industry-specific issues or regulatory affairs.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Primary role will be reviewing and drafting corporate contracts.

2-5 years practicing law
Possesses knowledge of the law in a variety of specialty areas; excellent listening skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; good interpersonal/human relations skills; good problem solving and critical thinking skills; good time management/prioritization skills; superior organizational skills.
Licensed Attorney
Education: J.D.
