This leadership role plays an instrumental role in rebranding and establishing a strong foundation during our transformation; enhancing our three new F&B venues.
Responsibilities may include:
Scheduling staff and managing day to day Food and Beverage operations
Ensure effective training, development, promotion and continuous reinforcement of colleagues
Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results
Assist with developing and implementing creative strategies for revenue enhancement and cost containment
Ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures
Work with Director of Outlets and the Events team to coordinate special events in the Food & Beverage Outlets.
This is a great leadership opportunity with potential exposure to multiple departments. This highly visible role also gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on the guest experience.

Qualifications:
2
years prior F&B Leadership experience preferred
Refined written and verbal communication skills
Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
Service oriented style with professional presentation skills
Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, administrative skills
This position must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
