Assistant Analyst- Sustainable Solutions

Job Role : Sustainable design Integration, Facilitation for LEED, WELL, IGBC, Reset & Greenmark building certification.

Job Description : Space Matrix Design Consultants is seeking a passionate Sustainability professional for the role of Assistant Analyst- Sustainable Solutions. You will work on commercial / institutional project developments, corporate interiors for incorporating key sustainability concepts into all phases of the project/s. Working closely with design, engineering and project management teams spread across Space Matrix locations to recommend key sustainability solutions.

Experience Required : 0-2 years in AEC industry

In Brief :

• Setting out strategies, standards and requirements for various green rating frameworks

• Carrying out the feasibility study and help the client to decide the certification goals
• Ensuring the necessary information is available to Client / Designers / PMC to meet performance targets of green rating frameworks
• Collection of data from all consultants with regards to green compliance
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports for green building certifications
• Hands on experience on documentation to obtain the certification from green certification councils
• Integrating architectural and technical design analysis knowledge and skills to the projects
• Achieving team and organization wide sustainability goals
• Basic understanding of buildings mechanical systems, passive strategies and construction technologies (advanced filtration systems, innovative materials etc.)
• Basic knowledge of simulations with respect to daylight and energy to support sustainable design and green building rating compliance
• Help the team to achieve set project goals within a stipulated timeline
• Fair understanding of Life Cycle Analysis (LCA),LEED commissioning and energy/ sustainability audits are preferred.

Requirements

• You are an eminent professional and passionate towards the domain of sustainability in the built environment
• You are keen to continuously imbibe trending and futuristic sustainability related concepts also extending them to areas of work
• You have a degree in Architecture / Engineering and experience in green building industry for at least 2 years will be preferred
• A masters degree / course in Sustainability focussed domain shall be preferred
• Accreditations like LEED AP, WELL AP, IGBC AP etc. in good standing shall be preferred
• Fair understanding of analysis softwares like Ecotect, E quest, Lightstanza, Revit at a minimum
• You have excellent communication skills and ability to build trust and collaborative relationships ( both internally and externally )
• You have high regard and ability towards finding sustainability related design / construction solutions
• You are familiar with LEED and IGBC rating frameworks at a minimum Core and Shell, New Construction and Commercial Interiors
• You are familiar with wellness concepts related to built environment and familiarity with standards like WELL and FITWEL
