Job Description
- The New York, DC, CH and LA offices of Willkie are looking for associates with three to six years of experience with a focus on registered funds. Responsibilities will include representing a number of leading firms, and providing a full range of legal services to registered funds (mutual funds, ETFs and closed-end funds), including new fund launches, fund and asset manager mergers and acquisition transactions, continuing regulatory and transactional advice and independent board representations.
