Seeking Summer Help for May to August 202 6

Install internal parts in sub assemblies and body assemblies to close tolerances.

Assemble valve sub assemblies into final assembly.

Test performance leak rate of valves and package & label valves for final shipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Select various valve parts for assembly from production work order.
• Install and assemble seat, pin and pin carrier, pushrods using dial indicator.
• Install and assemble assemblies, pistons and adaptors into body assemblies.
• Install internal parts such as diaphragm, spider and buffer plate into power element assembly for heli-arc welding.
• Load and unload valve final assembly into test equipment and run tests.
• Painting and curing components or sub assemblies may be required.
• Get and dispose of material to and from work position.
• Clean equipment as required.
• Flexing from one workstation into another is required for continuous through put.
• Maintaining cycle counts (inventory) may be required.
