Join our Team as an Assembler!

Parallel Employment is seeking dedicated Assemblers to become part of our dynamic workforce on 2nd shift!

In this role, you will be responsible for assembling a variety of products according to precise specifications. Specialties include electronics for the automotive, medical, and outdoor power industries including analog, digital and microcontroller based assemblies, sensors, controls, and LED lighting assemblies.

Assembler Hours:

2nd shift, Mon-Th 3p-1am

Assembler Wage:

$16.25/hr

Requirements

Assembler Key Responsibilities:

Assemble products and components accurately and efficiently
Read and follow assembly instructions and schematics
Perform quality checks and inspections on completed products
Light Soldering
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Adhere to safety standards and protocols

Assembler Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
Good physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
