Job Title

The candidate will be responsible for managing the Contract Specification, Modernization feasibility for elevator in Service Portfolio.

Shall be responsible for preparing Layout, Drawing & Material List required for the contracts. Shall ensure that timely response to region & Sales team on Part identification.

Role Overview:

Checking technical feasibility for Modernization, Door Replacement OR Manual to Auto Door for OTIS / NOE Elevator in service portfolio.

Prepare and release Layout, Material List, Drawing required for the Contract

Contract Engineering & Data preparation for nonstandard requirement of Cabin, Doors, Fixture etc.

Visit job sites to understand requirements and provide solutions.

Field and vendor visits for development of new T packages to replace obsolete items in field.

Support to field on providing alternatives for legacy outdated and obsolete parts

Standardization Project on mechanical parts & preparation of Ready reckoners for field.

Perform root cause analysis for chronic field issue to drive to a logical conclusion.

All Data maintenance & data analysis as per the requirement

What You Will Need to be Successful:

Good development & visualization Skil

Practical knowledge on Elevator mechanical components

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

B.E. Mechanical with Auto- CAD certification

Local Benefits or Selling Statement

8 to 12 years of experience in elevator / Automobile industries

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Should have core knowledge about elevator & escalator spare parts

Should be a good team player
