Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy for the assigned territory to consistently achieve and surpass revenue goals.
  • Analyze market dynamics, customer requirements, and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Educate prospective clients on product benefits, emphasizing how the solutions address specific operational challenges.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of HealthTech offerings to diverse stakeholders.
  • Tailor sales pitches and product demonstrations to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance revenue from existing customers.
  • Coordinate with product, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding, service delivery, and ongoing client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field, preferably from a reputed institution.
  • 24 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the healthcare or technology industries.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willing to travel extensively within the designated region.
