Job Description
The overall expectations of this position are to produce construction drawings and understand basic construction practices for implementation during construction administration. Additionally, this position will be expected to produce presentation graphics, conceptual 3d models, and be capable of drafting redlines and creating outline floor plans in an efficient manner. Basic construction administration will be performed. It must be understood that assignments and hence supervision will differ from time to time.
A successful candidate will be self- motivated with the willingness to learn, train, and continue building their architectural knowledge. The candidate will be trustworthy and punctual have a positive attitude and possess leadership and communication skills.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience working for an Architectural/Engineering Firm preferred.
- Minimum associates degree (Bachelor's degree in Architecture desirable).
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Some experience with Revit.
- Must have good planning skills.
Salary Range: $21.64 - $29.81 per hour
