AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Enterprise Security Architect

Your Impact

1. The IT Security Architect provides detailed recommendations for architecture and technology and reports on all matters relevant to information security. The IT Security Architect works with Infrastructure teams, Support teams, and Development teams to develop and implement security architectures, solutions, standards and training, that ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the AGCO systems. The IT Security Architect will be responsible for reviewing, documenting, and assessing all items relevant to information security. Drives beneficial security change into the business through the development or review of architectures to ensure that they fit business requirements for security, mitigate risks, conform to the relevant security standards, and balance information risk against the cost of appropriate countermeasures.

2. Perform cyber risk assessments to identify, analyze, and quantify risks and vulnerabilities in infrastructure, systems, code, products, and business processes as needed. Provide strategies for establishing and sustaining the security requirements of an information asset and identify protection goals and objectives consistent with the company's strategy and business objectives. These assessments can take multiple formats, including audits, vulnerability tests, self-assessments, industry comparisons, code reviews, etc. Delivers guidelines, best practices, and direction on security standards/policies and roadmaps. Provides subject matter expertise, consultation, and escalation support.

3. Designs, architects, and assists with evaluating and implementing security solutions related to cloud, manufacturing, software, enterprise applications, enterprise infrastructures, and AGCO products. As a key member of the architecture team, the candidate should be comfortable with driving technical ideas and communicating clearly with technical as well as non-technical audiences.

4. Provides advice on project costs, design concepts, or design changes. Drives key decisions around how we secure the network, cloud solutions, applications within the organization and for the broader company.

5. Create high-level design documents and detailed specifications, in accordance with company architecture standards. Creates new data models as well as improving existing databases and data flows.

Your Experience and Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, - OR - equivalent work experience,

2.Experience with 7-10 years of relevant cybersecurity experience,

3.Industry-level certifications, i.e., Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or comparable security related certifications,

4.Knowledge of network and web related protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL/TLS),

5.Experience in or knowledge of applicable compliance regulations and standards (SOX, GDPR, NIST, ISO, etc.),
