Position Summary
As a Mid-Level Architect you will work collaboratively with Senior Architects and Principals on all phases of projects, from conceptual design through construction documentation and administration. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your experience, take on increasing responsibility, and contribute meaningfully to the design and execution of exceptional architecture.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in the development of design concepts and solutions.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Assist in the production of construction documents, including specifications and schedules.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, contributing to the communication of design ideas.
  • Coordinate with consultants, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers.
  • Conduct site visits to gather information and review construction progress.
  • Contribute to the firm's knowledge base by researching materials, assemblies, and construction techniques.
  • Assist in the mentorship and guidance of junior staff.
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation.

Education/Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an architectural firm following the completion of a bachelor's degree.
  • Possession of a professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
  • Proven experience in the design and management of high-end single-family residential and commercial projects
  • Exemplary design sensibility coupled with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities alongside the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Requirements
