As an integral part of our IT team at Talent Worx, the Application Support Specialist will provide outstanding support and troubleshooting for our software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong tech background and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences to ensure smooth operations across the organization.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues reported by end-users.
• Collaborate with developers to diagnose and resolve application bugs and performance issues.
• Manage user access and permissions for applications, ensuring compliance and security.
• Develop and maintain application documentation and knowledge base articles for end-user assistance.
• Train new users on application functionalities and best practices.
• Assist in application deployment and updates, coordinating with relevant teams for a smooth transition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support or related roles.
• Strong understanding of application development processes and methodologies.
• Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with users and technical teams.
• Experience with ticketing systems and user support documentation.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with SQL and database management.
• Experience in a SaaS environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
