We are on the lookout for an adaptable and technical Application and Automation Developer ready to make an impact. At TechOp, you'll use your background in low-code Power Platform technologyincluding Power Apps and Power Automateor object-oriented programming languages to drive powerful system modernization efforts. You'll leverage Power Apps to reimagine how we collect, process, and store data, and harness Power Automate workflows to streamline communications and automate complex ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. Your work will support systems used by tens of thousands of users annually, making a real difference. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll apply your technical expertise across dynamic modernization initiatives. We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming, database structures, ETL technology, and the Power Platform to help us innovate and evolve.

Responsibilities:

Develop, deploy, and maintain modernized UI/UX systems that collect, process, and store data using Power Apps.

Develop, deploy, and maintain modernized automation workflow systems that extract, transform, and load data from legacy data sources to modernized databases such as SQL and that automate communications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Troubleshoot and work around technical issues related to Power Platform and its operating capabilities within the CBP environment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 3 years of technical experience with object-oriented computer languages or low-code MS Power Platform Tools.

Technical experience with Power Automate workflows or ETL technology.

Proficient in consulting skills, including gathering requirements using MS Word, designing mockups with MS PowerPoint, and effectively communicating with clients.
