This is an excellent entry-level position designed for those who are passionate about technology and customer service. As an App Support Agent, you will assist our customers in navigating our mobile application, providing support and solutions to enhance their experience with our luxury product offerings.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding the functionality and features of our mobile app via chat and email.
• Assist users with troubleshooting app-related issues to ensure a smooth experience.
• Guide customers in utilizing app features effectively, enhancing their engagement with our products.
• Document customer feedback and interactions to contribute to the improvement of our app and support processes.
• Stay well-informed about app updates and features to assist customers accurately.
• Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure customer satisfaction and share insights for improvement.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while dealing with customers' concerns.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
