AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Digital Financial Operations Analyst

As an Analyst in Digital Financial Operations, you will be a key member of the Finance team responsible for managing and optimizing digital financial processes, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting financial decision-making through advanced analytics. This role requires strong expertise in financial analysis, digital tools, and a broad understanding of financial operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance financial systems and processes.

Your Impact

You will manage and optimize digital financial processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

You will perform advanced financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.

You will ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis in portfolio planning, financial planning and management platforms.

You will leverage digital tools and technologies to enhance financial operations and reporting.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. You will support the development and implementation of financial systems and tools, AI agents and automations.

Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a financial role.

Advanced certifications such as CFA, CPA, or similar preferred.

Hands-on experience with financial analysis tools, ERP systems, Portfolio planning, and digital financial platforms.

Advanced knowledge of financial reporting standards, data analysis, and financial modeling.

Experience with process improvement methodologies and digital transformation initiatives. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
