Analog IC Design Engineer

We are seeking a talented Analog Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in San Diego, CA. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing and delivering advanced analog circuits that drive the performance of our industry-leading products.

• Design and develop high-performance analog circuits, including amplifiers, data converters, power management circuits, and other mixed-signal blocks.
• Perform transistor-level design, simulation, and optimization to meet performance, power, and area targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including layout, verification, and test engineers, to ensure successful design implementation and validation.
• Participate in architecture definition, circuit topology selection, and specification development for new products.
• Support silicon validation, characterization, and debugging of first silicon prototypes.
• Provide technical insights to improve design methodologies and processes.

• BSEE/MSEE (Ph.D. preferred) with 3+ years of experience in analog IC design.
• Proven expertise in designing analog/mixed-signal blocks such as op-amps, PLLs, ADCs, DACs, or LDOs.
• Strong understanding of CMOS and BiCMOS process technologies.
• Proficiency in EDA tools for circuit design and simulation (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work onsite in San Diego, CA.

Bachelor's Degree
