Job Description

We are seeking a fully remote Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals, couples, and families to address their mental health needs and promote overall well-being. Under the supervision of a licensed professional, you will provide therapy sessions, conduct assessments, and assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans. Your role will be crucial in helping clients navigate through challenging life situations and improve their relationships.

Responsibilities

Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
Assess clients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Collaborate with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

Requirements

Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Must be registered as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Strong empathy and compassion for clients
Must be able to commit to at least 25 clinical hours per week
