AI Technical Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Technology Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in AI technologies and statistical modeling. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data analysis, and the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement AI Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms to solve business problems and enhance customer experience.
• Statistical Modeling: Utilize statistical techniques to analyze data, build predictive models, and validate the performance of AI systems.
• Data Analysis: Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
• Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with software engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
• Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply cutting-edge techniques to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI models, methodologies, and results. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on experience in AI technologies and statistical modeling, preferably in digital payments of FinTech domain.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Able to demonstrate working knowledge on systems design and architecture.
• Open-source technologies' experience will be preferred
• Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of statistical methods, data analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
• Problem-solving: Ability to think critically and solve complex problems using AI and statistical approaches.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
