The AI/ML Residency is a one-year program for graduates with advanced degrees, designed to solve new complex ML-based solutions and collaboratively create a revolutionary machine learning and AI-powered fashion AI product.

• Research : Conduct cutting-edge research in computer vision, machine learning, and large foundational models.
• Engineering : Develop scalable AI models and algorithms for our Virtual Tryon product line.
• Mentorship : Receive mentorship from senior AI researchers and engineers throughout the program. You will be guided to improve your research, coding, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaboration : Work closely with teams from across SpreeAI's ML department to turn research into deployable solutions.

• AI Model Development: Work on the full lifecycle of AI models, from ideation and research to training, testing, and deployment.
• Research : Conduct research and experiments to push the state of the art in AI. Publish findings in top-tier conferences and journals where applicable.
• Problem Solving : Tackle complex challenges in AI, using advanced techniques in machine learning such as autoencoder, GAN, diffusion, model distillation, or unsupervised learning.
• Prototyping: Build and refine prototypes to demonstrate the potential of new AI technologies and algorithms.
• Collaboration : Partner with other AI residents, research scientists, engineers, and product teams to create innovative AI solutions that align with SpreeAI's long-term goals.

Requirements

• Education : Bachelor's, or Master's. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.8/4.0 or 8.0/10 is. Candidates with equivalent practical experience are also encouraged to apply.

• Mathematic Skills: Proven solid mathematics background.
• Programming Skills : Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in AI and machine learning, such as Python or C++. Experience with AI/ML libraries and PyTorch.
• Machine Learning Expertise: Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning algorithms, and model evaluation techniques.
• Problem-Solving Skills : Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, create hypotheses, and deliver creative and effective AI solutions.
• Teamwork : Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in an AI, machine learning, or data science internship.
• Experience working on research projects, academic publications, or contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
• Familiarity with cloud computing.
• Passion for AI ethics, and responsible AI development.
