AI/ML Architect

As an AI/ML Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for our clients across various industries. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver innovative AI/ML strategies that drive business value and competitive advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities for leveraging AI/ML technologies.
• Design and develop end-to-end AI/ML solutions that address complex business problems and deliver tangible results.
• Develop architecture blueprints, technical designs, and implementation plans for AI/ML projects.
• Lead the implementation and deployment of AI/ML models and algorithms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools based on project requirements and industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML research, methodologies, and tools, and incorporate them into our solution offerings
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop AI/ML service offerings, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including customer meetings, workshops, and demonstrations to showcase our AI/ML capabilities
• Mentor and coach junior members of the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, engineering or related field
• Total experience of minimum10+ years with proven experience of at least 7 years in architecting, designing and implementing AI/ML solutions and enterprise applications
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and statistical modelling techniques
• Hands-on experience with popular AI/ML libraries and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc. Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Mistral, Llama or any Hugging Face models?etc.) is a huge plus
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, ReactJS, NextJS
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related AI/ML services is a must. Azure experience is a huge plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and coach junior team members
