AI Full Stack Engineer

As the founding developer, you'll take this from idea to MVP and beyond.

• Build a scalable MVP web app with both frontend and backend capabilities
• Design and implement the following core features:
• Content Library (videos, TED Talks, books, articles; updated daily)
• Interactive Map to connect users locally and globally
• "Find Your Passion" Tool to help users discover causes that resonate with them
• Action Hub linking to NGOs, groups, funding, and learning resources
• Community Chat for collaboration and discussion
• Integrate gamification elements to drive user engagement
• Collaborate with stakeholders for regular feedback and iterations
• Deploy the MVP and deliver a working demo with documentation

Requirements

• Proficiency in modern full stack development (React, Next.js, Node.js, Firebase, or similar)
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and real-time features (e.g. maps, chats)
• Familiarity with gamification and user engagement strategies
• Strong UI/UX sensibility with ability to build clean, intuitive interfaces
• Experience building MVPs or open-source projects from scratch
• Bonus: Knowledge of AI or recommendation systems
