AI Developer

The AI Developer will be tasked with designing, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence solutions to enhance various business processes and systems. This role requires a strong background in machine learning, data analysis, and software development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for integrating AI capabilities into existing applications.

Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems.

Create and maintain datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity for model training.

Implement testing and validation methods to ensure the effectiveness of AI solutions.

Optimize and deploy AI applications and models into production environments.

Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the AI field and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Provide technical expertise and support in the adoption of AI technologies across the organization.

This position is in proposal phase.

Requirements

Active Secret clearance is required.

U.S. citizenship with no dual citizenship due to agency and contract requirements.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in AI development or machine learning.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical analysis.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
