Working in close partnership with the business team and the broader technical community, you will execute the vision and agenda for business analytics in your area of responsibility.

How you will contribute

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Data Science - AI Community of Practice Manager to join our Data & Analytics, Data Science team. The Community Manager will be responsible for building, growing, and engaging Mondelez broader Data Science Community through various online and offline channels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about AI technology, have strong project management & excellent communication skills, be able to effectively engage and manage a diverse group of individuals, and effective in solving business problems with data & analytics. This role is expected to work with Data Scientists, various parts of Data & Analytics organization and Business leaders to successfully deliver Data Science use-cases via strengthening the Data Science practice in Mondelez.

Responsibilities:

Manage the operations of the Mondelez Data Science/AI Community of Practice (CoP) through various online and offline channels. Develop and implement strategies to increase community engagement, participation, and retention with various functions and regions. This includes driving practitioner engagement, creating awareness of value of the CoP at working levels and sustain working relationship with the community of AI practitioners in Mondel'z.

Contribute to the curation of high-quality content for the community, including 1) upskilling pathways, 2) CoP concierge service, 3) knowledge repositories (code library, documentations etc). Monitor and respond to community feedback, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Leads the AI CoP onboarding, and upskilling learning pathways execution. Partners both internal resources and external partner(s) to contribute to the curation, execution and upkeep the curriculum, and the various platform where these resources exists. This includes the certification of Mondel'z data scientists.

Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, thought leaders, and experts in the Data Science and AI/ML industry. Keeps up-to-date with the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices, and share this knowledge with the community via various channels -e.g. AI CoP marketplace, teams and other online engagements. This includes identifying, procuring and maintaining partnerships with external organizations that Mondel'z needs to accelerate its path to be AI-native.

Provide support to Mondel'z?s functions and Business Units, with ?art-of-possible? workshops for data science use-cases. Leverage the broader MDS and D&A community to inspire and deliver impactful use-cases and implementations.

What you will bring

Brings 3+ years of applied data science, data analysis and analytics translator experience

1+ years of experience in community management or social media management as an advantage

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of AI/ML technology and industry trends

Experience in developing and executing community engagement strategies

Excellent project/program management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems

Openess to travel (10%)
