AI Agent Engineer

About the Position:

We are seeking a mid-senior level Software Engineer with 5-10 years of professional experience in backend development with Python (using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks), AWS (particularly Lambda functions), and frontend development (React, JavaScript, CSS/HTML). This person will primarily be focused on OneTrack AiOn, our agentic AI platform that automates engineering, analysis, HR, and compliances processes in logistics operations.

You will be hands on building agentic products that work in the real world interacting with tens of thousands of people every single day.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
• Demonstrated experience building agentic systems on top of foundation models
• Strong experience in prompt engineering, tool design, and RAG
• Experience with AWS services, particularly Lambda functions.
• Experience with SQL-like databases
• Proficiency in frontend development with React, JavaScript, CSS/HTML.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, including version control (Git), testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with data visualization tools and libraries.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and AI applications.
• Knowledge of security best practices in software development.
