Location: Pune

Duties :

To review the History of the PNR and the itinerary. Cancel any HX and unconfirmed segments to prevent GDS wastage and avoid ADM charges.
To work with the Team in fixing the Unconfirmed segments and issuing the Tickets.
To report any abnormal activity or trend.

Requirements

Any Fresher/Nontravel background experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Willing to work in rotational shifts 24/7 (Night Shifts Included)
Any previous work experience in the Travel field is considered a benefit.
Having GDS knowledge will be considered an additional benefit.
Qualification: Undergraduate - Diploma / HSC pass (10+2)
