Position Summary
Reporting directly to the General Counsel and Secretary (?GC?), the AGC, Labor & Employment is a senior member of the Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Corporate Affairs, and Sustainability (?LCAS?) team and a business and strategic partner to the People and business teams. This newly defined position will serve as the company?s chief labor, employment, benefits, and executive compensation (?L&E?) counsel providing advice and guidance to management on all L&E matters impacting the company. The successful candidate will be a ?roll-up your sleeves? leader who is a team player, is comfortable driving change, values accountability, and is looking to make a tremendous impact. They also have strong personal drive, energy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with high expectations for responsiveness. This is an opportunity to join a new GC to shape the LCAS function for the future.
