Job Summary:
As an Aftermarket Parts
Salesperson , you will
play
a pivotal
role
on
our dynamic team , serving
as a subject matter expert
focused on
sales and customer service
of aftermarket automotive components.
Responsibilities:
Initiates excellent service by greeting, engaging, and conne cting with all
customers
Drives sales by
utilizing
suggestive selling techniques
and
product knowledge
to promote and sell
additional
parts and
services
I nform
customers with questions and inquiries while communicating monthly sales and
promotions
Skillfully
foster s
customer relationships
to cultivate loyalty and
build
customer retention
through in-person interactions and social
media
Contributes to inventory control and shrinkage percentages by thoroughly organizing,
monitoring , and displaying parts and
products
Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and development of professional skill
set
Understands and a dheres to all company policies, procedures, safety, and environmental
rules
Maintains store cleanliness and appearance to uphold a safe and secure work
environment
Work with your team to provide excellent customer
service

Qualifications for
Entry
Level:
Demonstrate novice
proficiency
in
lift kit ,
wheel
and tire application knowledge ,
and general
aftermarket
Jeep and Truck
accessories
Continually meet or exceed
monthly
targets
in
labor ,
merchandise , and warranty
sales
percentages
Discover the essential steps of the sales journey
including
effective selling techniques and proven industry
methods
Proficiency
with operating computer software, parts database, and point of sales
systems
Ability to
lift up
to 50 lbs., and team
lift up
to 100 lbs.
Ability to communicate professionally and clearly with both internal and external
parties
Ability to read and
comprehend
written instructions and work
orders
Must be able to work scheduled store hours at specific location
Qualifications for Intermediate Level :
Meets all qualifications above and

intermediate
proficiency
in
lift kit ,
wheel and tire application,

aftermarket

demonstrate
an understanding of selling

Jeep and Truck accessories,
drivetrain , and lighting knowledge ,
and
possess
The ability to
initiate
the close of sale with
minimal
supervision
Qualifications for
Senior
Level:
Meets all qualifications above and
can
demonstrate
expert
proficiency
in lift kit, wheel and tire application ,
advanced aftermarket
Jeep and Truck
accessories,
drive train,
and lighting knowledge ,
and be able
to close the sale with no
supervision
Work Environment:
Customer - facing position in r etail store
(answering phones, using computers , point of sale,
escorting customers around showroom floor)
Occasionally
in teract with
employees in
the service department
with concrete floors, industrial structure, vehicle lifts, workbenches/workstations, stationary and moving vehicles and other automotive workshop
facility equipment
May be exposed to loud noise, vibration, exhaust fumes, and other service and repair conditions
W orking in various physical positions
including
standing ,
balancing, stooping, kneeling,
reaching,
carrying,
and
lifting

Pay offered based on multiple individualized factors including retail location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Pay ranges based on a 40-hour work week .
The total compensation package also includes a commission plan.
