Our Vision

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Affiliate Manager to develop and optimize our new affiliate program, building it from scratch. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing affiliate relationships, creating and executing strategies, tracking performance to drive growth and revenue while you grow this department from the ground up.. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams, oversee campaign management, optimization and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Recruitment and Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, assisting their efforts and maintaining relationships to ensure their success.
• Program Development: This is a new program you will be building from the ground up so we're looking for someone experienced in developing affiliate programs who can direct strategy and implementation for email, ad, influencer, etc affiliate opportunities.
• Program Optimization: Analyze affiliate performance to find improvement opportunities and implement strategies to enhance campaigns and ROI.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics and KPIs, prepare and present regular performance reports.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the founders and internal teams like marketing and sales to align strategies with company goals, coordinate with the team to build campaigns and provide affiliates with marketing materials.
• Campaign Management: Oversee creation and execution of campaigns, including promotions and product launches.
• Compliance: Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations.

Additional Details:

• Team Meetings: We're a global team that connects on ET morning so you will need to be available to attend full team meetings on Mondays at 9am ET and various marketing and one on one calls throughout the week between the hours of 9am-12pm ET.
• Collaborate with Marketing Leads: Collaborate and check in weekly with the co-Founder CMO and Marketing Manager.
• Support & Lead Team: Work closely with the robust existing team to implement affiliate strategies including video editors, analysts, assistants, media buyers, and a copywriter.
• Affiliate Program Development: This program is completely new to our company so you will be building this from the ground up, able to take ownership of this department with prior experience of doing so and knowledge of the Web 3, Blockchain space. You'll be given the resources you need to scale with the opportunity to set your own strategies and timelines to achieve the desired results.

Desired Outcomes:

• Initial 3 Months: Diversify client acquisition channels and build the affiliate program from scratch. Direct us where we are starting first and what you need to build the proper campaigns. We're working on getting on major channels like ClickBank and DigiStore now.
• 6 Months: Achieve 15-20% of overall revenue (currently at multiple 7 figures) from affiliate marketing.
• 12 Months: Increase affiliate marketing contribution to up to 30% of overall sales.

Requirements

• Proven experience building an Affiliate Marketing Program from the ground up.
• Experience as an Affiliate Manager in Financial, DeFi, blockchain industries.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, metrics, and tools.
• Excellent communication skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks to lead a department.
