Requirements
- Responsible for maintaining and regularly updating all trackers and files in Google Sheets or relevant project management tools.
- Coordinate with agencies for day-to-day tasks, following up on briefs, revisions, and ensuring timely final delivery.
- Act as the central point of communication between scriptwriters, video editors, and agencies to resolve operational challenges and bottlenecks.
- Streamline daily deliveries and ensure smooth workflow across all teams.
- Conduct basic quality checks (QC) on scripts and final video outputs before submission.
- Should have foundational knowledge of writing, video content, and prompting to support creators when needed.
- Actively involved in managing shoot day logistics and following up on deliverables.
- Be a deadline enforcer ensuring every team member honors their timelines and commitments.
- Can double as a language-specific writer and mentor, helping new writers with prompting techniques and basic editing guidance during their onboarding/training phase.
- Ability to manage chaos, stay organized.
