Admissions Coordinator

Working with the Director of Admissions and Community Liaison, the Admissions Coordinator will manage incoming referrals, facility tours and admission prep which includes insurance verification, multiple database reviews, transportation set up, and patient placement.

Requirements

Applicant assets include:

• Knowledge of AZ insurances
• Experience working in a fast-pace setting requiring sound decision making ability
• Experience using PointClickCare
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Acute Hospital

• Compensation is a base salary with monthly bonuses. Base salary will be dependent upon experience.
