Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate daily administrative operations and office tasks.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of client documents and agreements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and partners, providing outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for the team.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and maintain online presence through social media.
  • Support the team with financial administration, including invoicing and expense tracking.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Swedish and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with real estate management software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
