Schedule: This is a Full-Time position.

Position Reports to: Director of Residential Services

Compensation: up to $20.181 per hour (no certifications) or up to $25.477 per hour (with certifications)

Job Duties Include:

Developing and maintaining an organizational plan and calendar of activities/events for recreational and community activities.

Coordinating with community organizations.

Finding and planning local activities and events that support recovery goals and foster community engagement.

Purchasing and maintenance of recreational equipment.

Participating in multidisciplinary team and other staff meetings as needed.

Transporting and monitoring clients at community events.

Responsible for recreational funds.

Supervising recreational and community activities.

Maintaining vehicle and activity logs.

Maintain documents as per OASAS standards and Hope House policies and procedures.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum of Associate's Degree in related field required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a health care facility providing recreation/activity services.

Valid Driver's License required.

CPR Training required or willing to be trained upon hire.
