Accounts Receivable Manager

DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is excited to announce an opening for an Accounts Receivable Manager who has experience with the Fieldglass invoicing system to join our team. Our client, a reputable company in need of financial expertise, is looking for a dedicated individual to oversee the accounts receivable department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring accuracy in billing, collections, and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop processes that enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the accounts receivable function, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline the billing and collection process
• Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports, and take action to collect overdue accounts
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to resolve any billing disputes and inquiries
• Prepare and present accounts receivable metrics and reports to management
• Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes
• Provide training and support to team members as needed

• Knowledge of Fieldglass Invoicing System
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or financial management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software, preferably QuickBooks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage a team effectively and foster a positive work environment
