Accounts Executive

The Executive Accountant in Commercial Operations plays a key role in preparing, maintaining, and tracking the inward and outward movement of rice and packing materials stocks. They are responsible for stock reconciliation, reviewing bills, generating daily MIS reports, and coordinating with the reporting manager and team members to ensure smooth operations.

Salary Budge t : 30,000 to 40,000 INR/Month

Qualification : Any graduate or diploma holder

Location : Vidyavihar , Mumbai.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Track inward rice quality/quantity as per invoice / Purchase order .
• Rice Cargo Movement Tracking
• Preparation of daily report and share concern office/person
• Weighbridge reconciliation report
• Quality Wise Daily Stock Reconciliation
• Track Inward Rice Document ( Invoice / GR/Weighment Slip )
• Check all operational bill (Contract Labour, Casual Dhuri Local Transportation, Warehouse, fumigation etc)
• MIS Prepare Daily Inward outward report, Pledge Stock , Stock Short Excess, Daily document tracking reports.

Reporting/Filing:

• Conduct periodic reporting of all activities
• Manage documentation, filing, and record-keeping

Ad-hoc Activities:

• Assist in Ad-hoc activities
• Preparing reports - as required by Reporting Manager / Directors/ MD

Working Relationship:

• External: Customers, Suppliers, and Service Providers
• Internal: Directors, Managing Director Reporting Manager, Assistant, employees from other departments, and colleagues within the same department

Qualification and Knowledge :

• Any Graduate and Diploma holder
• Industry Experience: Any Export Organization / Forwarder/CHA
• Proficient in Tally ERP9
• Advanced skills in Excel and MS Office
• Ability to provide accurate and timely reports to the Reporting Manager and Directors.
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with banking procedures and online banking applications, with practical banking experience
• Knowledge of local accounting standards.
