Job Description

Parallel Employment Group, in partnership with a small family-owned agriculture company, is seeking a qualified Administrative / Accounting Support Clerk to join its team. In addition to accounting functions, this role would support the retail side of the business.

Hours: 8 am - 4:30 pm

Wage: $21-22/hr - based on experience

Supporting Controller with accounts payable/receivable functions
Answering phones
Data entry or orders and payments
Processing invoices for mail
Monthly reporting
Supporting cashing out retail customers as needed
Various project work
Filing, faxing, file management

Requirements

Must have 3 years of previous office support and accounting expeirence
Must be highly organized and willing to multi-task
Must be a team player and willing to support in multiple areas of the business
4+ years experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
