We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for general bookkeeping and data entry tasks using various software programs. You will manage day-to-day functions and processes related to Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) across multiple divisions within the company. Additionally, you will closely collaborate with management to ensure adherence to the annual and monthly budget. Requirements

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

• Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail with outstanding record-keeping and organizational abilities.
• Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
• Prior knowledge of Netsuite is a plus.
