In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our client relationships, ensuring that we deliver outstanding recruitment services that align perfectly with their needs.
Responsibilities- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their unique recruitment needs.
- Business Development within existing account and identfy new opportunities
- Implement Land and expand apprach across accpounts
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for specific roles.
- Provide insightful updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.
- Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies to advise clients better.
- Utilize recruitment tools and software to enhance sourcing and tracking efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or recruitment, ideally within the IT sector.
- A demonstrated ability to meet and exceed recruitment goals and client expectations.
- Strong grasp of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation methods.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple client needs.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach to work, with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
