THE POSITION
As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients feel seen, heard, and valued every day. You'll work closely with branch leadership and production teams to deliver outstanding service and build strong, trusting relationships.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Client Service and Retention
Build meaningful client relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and accountability
Communicate with clarity, professionalism, and a service-first attitude
Collaborate with teams to solve problems creatively and efficiently
Monitor site quality and proactively recommend enhancements
Create accurate, tailored proposals and service agreements
New Business Development
Identify growth opportunities with current and prospective clients
Represent LandCare at local events, industry associations, and networking functions
Share your passion for quality landscaping and build your reputation as a reliable partner

This opportunity has a base range that represents a full-time annual salary of $70,000-$90,000 (commensurate with experience).
