Account Manager

Resource Innovations is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team in Chicago, Illinois. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager with a strong background in contractor engagement and account management to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager you will manage contractor relationships and performance to support the success of our residential energy efficiency programs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develops, manages, and fosterspartnerships withcustomers,trade allies,community-based organizations,stakeholders,subcontractors,and other industry affiliates.
• Developsshort- and long-termoutreachand partner collaborationplans toeffectivelyexecute the program delivery strategyand support the achievement of program goals.
• Identifies,tracks,and monitorsprogramparticipationandassistsingenerating leadsfromdirectoutreach activitiesas needed.
• Analyzesprogram data todirectand guideprogram delivery and partner collaborationstrategies.
• Forecastsparticipation in a production, goal-oriented environment.
• Providesongoingsupportand guidancetopartnerson theprogram.
• Leadscoordination efforts across partners, clients,and the internal program team.
• Leadsad hocmeetings/callswiththeinternal team,partners,and the utility clientsonsubjects relating toproduction planning,outreachactivities, successes, challenges, and requests foradditionalsupport.
• Deliverspresentationsand communicatesprogram offerings while tailoringmessagingtoavariety ofstakeholders.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be located in the Mid-West.

• Must be able and willing to travel to Chicago approximately 45 times per year for in-person meetings or events. Reliable transportation required.
• A Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years of experience in energy-efficiency program implementation preferred.
• Proven success in engaging community partners, service providers, and trade allies preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
• Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

• Excellent presentation skills, including both speaking and writing.
• BPI certified, or willing to become BPI certified.

The compensation range for this exempt position is $65,000 - $80,000. The stated range is based on a good faith estimate of the compensation range for the duties, responsibilities and skills / experience required for the position. Starting pay will be dependent on experience and internal equity. This range may be exceeded for well-qualified candidates, especially with industry experience.

Employment with Resource Innovations is contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check and reference check. If applicable to the position, a pre-employment drug screen may also be required.
