Universal Energy Solutions, a prominent provider of innovative energy solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and providing tailored energy solutions to meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their trusted advisor for all energy-related inquiries.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct business to business sales to expand the client base.
  • Conduct presentations and proposals, highlighting the benefits and value of our services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and support, to ensure the successful delivery of energy solutions to clients.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and legislative developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, forecasts, and opportunities to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients and attend industry events.
