We have an opportunity for an Account Coordinator to join our growing team. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Sales team in day-to-day activities such as client communication, order management, and resolving customer inquiries. The ideal candidate for this role is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a collaborative fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Account Managers with day-to-day client communication and inquiries.
  • Manage product orders and shipments, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requests and resolve issues.
  • Assist in responding to and tracking leads in CRM system.
  • Update and maintain CRM and customers' Vendor management portals.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings.
  • Support sales initiatives and attend industry trade shows.
  • Keep track of client deadlines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or a combination of education and experience.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience as an account coordinator or sales support role.
  • Experience using Hubspot or other CRM platforms.
  • Experience with Asana or other Project Management system.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability prioritize workload effectively.
  • Professional verbal and written communication.
  • Experience in private label manufacturing, nutraceuticals or wellness industry is a plus.
